David Wyllie is an SAP consultant with over 12 years experience in Supply Chain Modeling and mastering various solving methods used to generate build plans and perform distribution requirements planning.  David’s experience spans the full scope of the implementation life cycle including pathfinding, blue-printing, system design, configuration, testing, training, conversion, and post-implementation support.  Dave has also accumulated high tech industry experience in product planning and over eight years in designing, developing and delivering of complete training packages.

·         Was the lead SNP consultant to develop a midrange planning solution that utilized SCM’s CTM solver to constrain all resources in near term, and fully unconstrained in the rough cut capacity planning range.

·         Developed a DRP solution using SNP Heuristics and Deployment to generate supply feasible STR’s that integrated seamlessly with CTM processes.

·         Designed, tested and implemented a custom safety stock method that combined the standard SAP methods and client’s customized version of Target Days’ Supply.

·         Performed all Unit and Integration Testing including complete documentation of each test case.

·         Developed and delivered training to user groups and provided post implementation support onsite.

·         Set up alerts to provide timely information about inventory situations and resource utilization that allowed planners to make intelligent decisions regarding their products.

·         Developed various prototype models of a distribution network using several methods of SCM solvers to generate a replenishment schedule for worldwide distribution centers.

·         Integrated R/3 and SCM systems using native Core Interface (CIF) functionality by setting up, maintaining, and trouble-shooting Integration Models for master data elements and transactional data.
